Not at all! With us, you're getting a VP-level strategist, as well as a seasoned media buyer, reporting specialist, and creative production support. To build the same in-house team, you’ll be looking to pay 2-3x as much (not to mention the time to recruit and onboard, as well as additional overhead costs like benefits, payroll tax, etc.).
You should already have tracking set up by the time we start working with you. However, we know that many early-stage startups need support in that area. For teams with in-house engineers, we can provide strategic guidance as well as detailed, step-by-step guides that they can follow. Or, we can do it for you for a one-time additional fee of $3,000.

While Ad Labs is best suited for startups that already have a designer on their team (be it a full-time designer, freelancer, or design agency), we do provide creative production as well. Our team can produce up to 5 creatives per month as part of your Ad Labs subscription. Additional creative production is available for an extra fee depending on your specific needs.
