You will be working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, sales and product strategist to help our partners succeed. We're looking for a Senior Product Strategist to join our growing team and play a key role in continuing our momentum and helping our clients grow.

In your role as Senior Product Strategist at Bell Curve, you'll be an invaluable asset our clients didn't know they needed.
You'll act as a growth strategist, business consultant, and product thinker, gaining deep insights into our clients' businesses and industries. Your job will be to design comprehensive, full-funnel strategies and lead our team to make them a reality.
About You:
You're an agent of change with a solid track record, whether that’s working with startups, within large organizations, or on personal projects.
You may have agency experience, or you're accustomed to working across various departments from marketing and product to data and sales.
Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you're known for your decisive nature. Whatever your backstory, the quality and impact of your work make you stand out.

Working with Bell Curve
We understand that many people don’t move from in-house growth/marketing roles to work at agencies. And for those who are already in an agency, they might be looking to go client side. However, we don’t operate in a traditional agency model; you will work with only select clients and will continue to do the work you love, have incredible flexibility in working location/hours, and be paid a generous salary of 140k USD (regardless of location).
You’ll report to the VP of Strategy who in partnership with the Managing Partner has created a culture where overworking is not a sign of success. You will have a minimum vacation allowance for 20 days; and unlike most workplaces, we actively track and ensure you take time off. This policy also allows for ultimate flexibility in parenting or other caregiving responsibilities that you may have. The majority of our clients work on Pacific Time, so while you may be located anywhere in the world, there will need to be a general availability in this time zone for the outcomes of the role to be achieved.

What will you be doing?
Acting as a growth strategist and business consultant to our clients by developing a deep understanding of their business and vertical
Delivering holistic, full-funnel growth strategies with strong supporting rational and data
Project managing the wider BC team and specialist network to execute your strategies
Who you are
A growth marketing expert with demonstrable experience working with a startups.
Someone with both B2B & B2C SaaS experience
You may have previous agency experience.
You are no stranger to working cross-functionally with marketing, product, data and sales to really unlock growth.
